Great customer service
I have had great experiences with Boss Laser and I haven't even gotten my laser yet. I reached out by email to tech support with questions about environment, transport etc. I was answered very promptly and given very detailed instructions. I then spoke with Stephan by phone and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with my purchase. I am very happy with the customer support and my experience with Boss Laser.
