Customer service at Himiway helped me understand how to use an advanced feature in the latest firmware update to my new e-bike, and then they helped me order a more advanced control pad for the handle bars for only $20 to support it. I was already very satisfied with my new e-bike, but this was the icing on the cake. 😃 P.S. Shout out to Lora!
