Once again on the phone with Alex regarding the parts never received my parts (piston rings) were returned due to wrong address so was promised by Alex that he would ship them back to me with correct address. Due to their shipping time frame I asked him to confirm that he could still make shipping deadline and was told he could! They were due back on a Thursday so should have had parts by friday again no parts it's now Tuesday following week received email stating that they did not have the parts in stock so now no parts no refund. What happened to returned parts which Fed Ex delivered on Thursday? Guess I'm being punished for expressing my concerns regarding Partsology Business practices!
