Interactive Brokers are fraud
Interactive Brokers are fraud. We lost $80,000 in 3 months. They sold our stocks that was up $17 and ate our 1700 dollars profit called it was a margin call. Without any notice. I bought it at night after hours, they sold it in the morning and kept my profit under margin call for my other positions. Never gave us enough notice for any margin call. Maybe a few hours at the most so you can make the deposit on time. They did this on too many occasions. This is fraud. They went ahead and canceled the transaction like never happened and kept our profit. This is fraud. They suspended our account for 5 weeks for ID verification, but never rushed to do the video ID confirmation. They finally did and still did not open the account for 11 more days. We could not sell our positions in losing stock to buy a winning stock because account was locked. This is fraud! We are hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit suit. Please join us if you are a victim so we can file a class action lawsuit. I already have 12 other people joining us. We moved our account to a reputable company. I am contacting SEC, FTC, OAG and file a complaint and report them. Please join us in the class action lawsuit we are going to file. Jones law firm in NY will be handling it.
