Pressure Tactic
Once I went through the registration I realized that there many details needed at hand & I didn't have time. I saved the records to upload at a later date. Surprisingly Drivelah started calling & followed by messaging me within an hour . I do not see that as good customer service but very intrusive & applying pressure. I told them that I do not want to be contacted till i am officially a participant in this game. They acknowledged & guess what? It continued the next day. Its a concern as I am very familiar with these kind of desperation & I would stay away. Whether it's excellent customer service or incompetent, I'll let the customers decide. I am not paid by anyone to do this as I believe Drivelah has no competitors at the moment. If they don't mend their ways, I would pray for more competitors in the market.
