Quality and service are beyond reproach
Everything came in separate boxes and was clearly marked, especially which one to open first. The instruction/assembly manual is a work of art. Probably the best I have ever seen in my 70 years. Diagrams and pictures are well laid out. In addition, there are numerous videos to guide you if you need more help. Possibly the ONLY recommendation I could make is for Woodland Power Products to send a helper, ha. This machine is fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. You will not be disappointed in the customer service, quality of materials, and instruction manual.
