Main complaint is the loud beep at the beginning of each message. I am bilingual in English and Spanish with familiarity with German, French and Italian but do not command these other languages but I get by. Translation capability was decent but the length of what is spoken is limited. There is no explanation on how to utilize the added cost off-line capability. I expect that I will return the unit because of the loud beep!!!
