I booked flights from Vietnam to Cambodia with Airpaz, planning to spend two full days there. Instead, both my outbound and inbound flights were suddenly rescheduled to the same day, making my trip impossible. I requested a refund immediately. After waiting three months, Airpaz told me I had been issued a voucher. I never received any voucher. I asked again for a refund, and customer service claimed the payment had already been sent — but they cannot provide any proof of this supposed refund. Every time I ask for evidence or clarification, the agents stop replying. I have spent several weeks trying to get a straight answer, but it is impossible. They keep repeating the same lines about a voucher or a refund, yet I have received nothing at all. This has been extremely frustrating, and I still have no resolution.
