After further communication and leaving…
After further communication and leaving a negative review on here. Nerdywave informed me my order would be here in 3 to 5 days. It's now 4 days overdue and my order still isn't with me. Nerdywave eventually got me the right tracking number and it seems my order is bouncing back and forth around Leeds but not actually being delivered too me. And nerdywave now blame me and by saying I paid for standard delivery and it'll take 10-20 days not the 3-5 days promised, so they prove they lie or don't know what they're doing and abismisl customer service.Seriously put off buying from this company now, what with empty promises of addressing my issues, lack of communication and poor service !!!

For weeks now I've been trying to resolve this
For weeks now I've been trying to resolve the issue with Nerdywave to get my 3 items I ordered. They are ineffectual with their communication with customers in my experience. They sent me a message on Facebook messenger on Sunday saying my items will be here with in 3-5 working days. Today is day 5 and still nothing. So I tried using the tracking number they gave me and it doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous. And you'd think this company would be efficient and get items to customers on time and if not communicate with customers to let them know what's going on, and especially with all the money they must spend on advertising. Instead they ignore emails and intermittently get back to me on Facebook messenger. Omr not happy customer

Although I like the t shirts I bought, they could do with a pocket print which mine did not have. They also took over 20 days from purchasing to arrive
