Great value
I've had my Addiesdive quartz watch for over six months. For the money, it's excellent value. And its accuracy is surprisingly good, gaining less than two seconds a month

Non-existent customer service
I wrote to Teclast on 27 July 25, via their website which promises a response within two business days, seeking assistance as an update that had been pushed to my tablet had caused it to freeze. I wrote again on the 5 August but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement, let alone any assistance for a tablet that is still under warranty. Needless to say, I shan't be purchasing any more of their products.
