My Teclast tablet had been working fine until a few weeks ago, then it disconnected from my home wifi and will not let me reconnect. It will let me connect to other wifis but not my home wifi. I have contacted teclast by email many times and have followed the instructions and it still does not work. The main issue now is there is no phone number to call so someone can verb ally walk me through priblem solving options.

I would give it ZERO stats if possible. All 3 of my junk tablets died within a year. I know, I know, why did I but another after the first one died, but I was hoping! There is ZERO customer service. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!
Bought a teclast t65 from Amazon, massive tablet, just what I needed or so I thought, reviews were amazing, but now know why, read on, it was only a week before I became aware of dead spots on the screen, occasionally the WiFi would drop out, after a month both were so bad I sent it back to Amazon who straight away gave me a refund, I also left a review for the tablet, one star, I was contacted by teclast and told if I removed my review they would send me an upgrade tablet but only after I removed the review, we all know once you remove a review on Amazon you cannot redo it, anyhow after some to and from I refused to remove the review, no chance they are sending out free tablets, so that's where I am, some horrendous emails from teclast demanding the review is removed, please do not buy, the tablets are horrible.
Teclast marketing department has not any respect for the client : no answer on my mails.
8-10 hours to copy 64GB of data I got a device with a teclast microsd card in it. It was so slow it took the entire day to copy 64GB of data off the card. It's the slowest micro sd card i've ever seen in my life. Additionally i wrote some data to it, and a bunch of folders disappeared, and then the device wouldn't boot anymore. Update: i copied the same data i copied off the teclast sd card onto a sandisk and it copied in a few minutes to the sandisk. Hahaha.
Dangerous. Battery has expanded. Fit for the bin now
Had a tablet from this company for 1 year. The camera lense fell off within the first week and by the first month the charger broke. The following monthe the battery started to fade on life, shortly after issues with the devices charging port started being an issue. Now I have to twist and distort charging cables to make a connection to charge it. Not worth the money at all, worst tablet I've ever owned.
Bought from Amazon 3 month ago and all is well so far, bit heavy compared to rivals but does everything asked of it For the price it’s a good deal Only time will tell
I wrote to Teclast on 27 July 25, via their website which promises a response within two business days, seeking assistance as an update that had been pushed to my tablet had caused it to freeze. I wrote again on the 5 August but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement, let alone any assistance for a tablet that is still under warranty. Needless to say, I shan't be purchasing any more of their products.
Seems to work great at first but very slow boot even at the very beginning won't hold a Wi-Fi connection and eventually will not boot up at all even when you cold boot it they're pure junk.
Bought a teclast T40S from Amazon. A complete waste of money. Yes they are cheap, but what good is cheap if they are useless.Mine never updates, battery life is not as promised, and it crashes. I contacted Teclast several times but all I get is standard replies and excuses. Amazon should be ashamed to sell these products.
Bought a P30T_EEA in Amazon, waste of money. Rubbish performance, continuos crashes, multiple reboot and only used for multimedia No support, no updates and no warranty Avoid at all costs
Who or What is Teclast. Even Amazon do not have the correct links to the teclast "support". My latest Teclast T50Plus is my 4th tablet from teclast. All good until now. This tablet will NOT use any SD card inserted. Offers to format, displays done., Try to open the sd card "this sd is corrupted, please format, so like a fool I do, Exactly same result with 3 sd cards, 2 of which are brand new [bought to use with this tablet]. ALL 3 sd cards work without issue on "Samsung Mobile", Windows laptop, and teclast P30S Guess that points to the T50Plus . As purchased via Amazon [uk], logged in and selected "Returns*Orders" to start the "support process". DUH! Amazon point to the manufacturer with an invalid link!! So it's time to email CEO Amazon UK.
I placed an order in mid-August for a laptop, which arrived at my home in a few days. The box indicated the model I had purchased and paid for, but once I checked the product and verified the system information, I realized it was an inferior model. However, I had paid more for a superior one, so I contacted the seller, and they responded that it was a warehouse issue. They offered me two options: return the product for a full refund, or accept a €30 discount and keep the laptop I had received. I chose to get a full refund and sent the product back. Throughout our communication, they kept insisting that I close the dispute and not leave any negative comments about them. They even sent me a photo of the product as they received it at their facilities, assuring me that they would process the refund right away and asking me once again to close the dispute. A few days passed, and the money was still not back in my account, so I contacted the seller again to ask about it. This time, they said the open dispute was an error and that they might be able to refund the money in November, three months after my purchase. Meanwhile, they had the product back in perfect condition, ready to be sold to another potential customer to scam. Be careful with this seller; they are unreliable, only want your money, and do not provide after-sales service. I do not recommend that anyone buy products from this company. If you decide to purchase from them, I wish you luck because you might need it.
I have owned my t65hd tablet for nearly a year and it has been fantastic. What sold me on this brand in particular was the fact that there is zero bloatware added to this brands tablets. The memory you pay for you get. Speakers are a bit weak but not terrible by any means screen is crisp and clear battery life is excellent to this day.
I can barely describe how angry I am with Teclast. Two laptops now, both failed; one of them three months old and still under 'warranty'. Warranty? Hah what a joke, they ignore me day after day. But no way are they going to get away with this - I'm going to get them barred from being a supplier to Amazon, then take it up with Amazon themselves. Neither Telcast or Amazon are going to get away with this.
I see that no one is taking responsibility. Your salespeople and managers only want to collect money. All of you are a tragedy and I am the victim. I recommend all friends to keep away from your brand. No more Teclast I am very angry and I feel cheated. irritated and disappointed your product is rotten fake no warranty battery inflated and broken no one takes responsibility no more teclast.
Quality is worse ever seen. The bag they gave broke instantly without any forcing. They denied to help.
Teclast company make very poor products. I bought a laptop and it is very slow and after 2 months it gone of without working again I tried contacting then and the never replied. They know what they are doing Same money , avoid Teclast. Their rep in uk 🇬🇧 has no contact medium . Teclast is not good
