The app update is terrible
The app update is terrible. There used to be a list of quick contacts that I could access by hitting a lightening symbol at the bottom of the page. It’s gone. While I was struggling to understand how the new app worked, and primarily because it appeared to be treating me as a brand new first time customer, I got to an area where I had to select a country. Now many of my contacts appear to have the access code for the UK or some other country in front of them when they are mostly USA numbers. Some have had an access code added consistent with a flag that has a red-white-red vertical stripe arrangement. I have no idea what that country is and I certainly don’t call there. My mother, who I frequently call, now has the UK access code in front of her number twice. Next time, please send an email and let me know that the app is being updated and perhaps do some beta testing.
