I have never heard about Tomtop. They said that goods I bought will be with me within 8-10 days and they were. I was informed on every delivery step by email and also was able to check it on website immediately even after it crossed my country border I could track it on local courier sites). The quality of goods is as it was written in offer. When I had to get in touch with Tomtop staff, they always replied quickly. There is one area in which I can't tell you anything is sending back what I had bought. I just never did it because I didn't have to. Order process is very simple as payment and tracking is.
