A company that needs showing up in public
Firstly, it took a long time to be delivered. The item I ordered was a 5 point charger, which was useless because it didn’t work. I was charged £18.37 which was a lot more than I thought. Postage cost was ridiculous. I received just over £4 in refund. However, after many emails, I was offered just £3 which is an insult. They offered a replacement which I refused because I’d lost trust in the company. Further pleas from me for a full refund were refused. So I end up with an item that doesn’t work plus postage that was ludicrous. Absolutely useless set up that provides awful service and treats the paying public with contempt.
