No existant customer service
Case ID: CAS-6043311-Z9B4F8 Really regret that I didn't see the bad reviews earlier. My package was delivered to US warehouse on 01-Dec-2021. It's been more than 1 week but I haven't received any updates for the item in my account. Filled-in the contact form, but never get any reply. Called the hotline multiple times, but never get to talk to anyone. Only get to listen to the sad piano music while waiting for customer service to answer my call. Could someone from VPost help?
