Purchasing a CO2 laser is a significant investment and comparing specs from various providers to meet your needs is a important step however service and Technical Support is every bit as important. For our business, 3 days later designs, we did not have to sacrifice either one. Our HP 3655 machine truly is a BOSS. Our trainer Alex got us up and running and went above and beyond to be sure that we had the tools we needed to get the most from our machine. Thank you Alex for your help and we look forward to a long relationship!
