Above and beyond experience
The person I interacted with, Brittany, was very courteous and helpful. I had an issue which I expected to have to pay for and was willing to accept any charge necessary to settle that issue. However, to my surprise Brittany said the problem would be taken care of at no expense to me. My replacement part was shipped the next day.
