I bought a dress for my son's wedding which was a bit too small. I emailed Zapkara to ask about returns and reorder etc and an email came straight back from Phoebe who was so helpful. She passed me over to customer services once I told her the situation and Phoenix emailed me to help further . He was so helpful and the situation was resolved quickly. Thank you so much Phoenix! I will review the dress once it arrives..
