Beware!
Order 600231527 I have purchased from Fashionette a few times and I was really pleased with the service and goods until now. I purchased and paid for a bag on 26th November 2021 (it is for a Christmas present so I thought this was ample time) however I still have not received the bag on 15th December despite the fact that it is still in stock on their website. I have sent 3 emails and still have not received a reply, I have spoke with 2 of the customer service team who have been pleasant but tell me they can do nothing except pass my message on! They are good to purchase from if everything runs smoothly but if you have a problem they do not want to know!
