What just happened I never expect after my research before buying pongbot. Such bad experience with the services. The organisation of delivery process is poor. At first, company didnt inform you how the order will be processed. I have order with some extras and those parts didnt come with original parcel. And was left behind the door !!! The DPD delivery company didnt even react on my note about it. So I wrote email and was promptly answeed that other parts come from China separately sonwill be late. After week came small package with free items, but my paid extras didnt. On my email question was again kind apologizes and sugesstions that items are on way. Yes , came next day, but not from China, from Germany as the original box with pongbot 2 weeks ago. Whats more, the item, the expensive battery is probaly broken as some parts lose inside. And I still missing one more important part of my order. So I am really disapointed with such services and my enthusiasm about the product fall down.
