Warranty Claim Experience
Submitted a warranty claim for what I believed was a faulty pan as it was very much unlike my others, everything stuck to it. Within about 20 mins, Jhi responded to my claim and processed a replacement. The process was incredibly easy. You pay a premium for these products, but the customer service and quality is commensurate with the price. Thank you Jhi!
