I have had an absolutely delightful experience shopping with VAXLAMP, and in particular Cathy W. Her help and advice, and understanding has been perfect! Exceptional customer service that honestly I’ve never experienced as good before! Even when my lamp arrived in France, it was quickly sorted, and is a good talking point now for my Ostrich feather lamp, how far she’s flown lol! I can’t wait for the electricians to come now and put my beautiful chandeliers up! Thanks Cathy so much, your new dedicated customer, Annie (Manchester) x
