Item not delivered.
I ordered an item from their website with the premise that delivery would be completed within 4-7 business days. I ordered the hub on June 11 2026. Today is July 6. There are no tracking updates since June 15 (it just shows as stuck in customs in the Netherlands). I reached out to the company by email with no response. They did reply (and then deleted ) to my social media comment and basically just explained how shipping works by telling me that the item will get there once it clears customs. Gee, thanks. They then ignored my subsequent emails. I reached out to paypal to get a refund. Buy from a more reliable source. Update: They tried to reach out to get me to change or delete my review here in exchange for a free cable (really?!). Hilariously, the item STILL hasn't arrived to this date.
