The long awaited switch to my grinder finally arrived. When the package was opened the switch had been subjected to a great deal of force, bending over three (3) of the spade connectors and driving the fourth one deep into the switch body. Contacted EReplacement parts. Kyle answered my call. He was very pleasant and professional in his demeanor. I explained the situation and he replied, no problem. Kyle asked if he could put me on hold while he investigated the situation. He told me that he processed my claim and would be receiving a credit to my card. He also explained that there were no more switches on hand and it would take a week or so for a new one. He processed my purchase for a replacement switch.
