Smith.ai has been a wonderful "wing-man." After going virtual, I knew I would miss the personal contact with my paralegal and receptionist. I do miss it, but Smith.ai has been a great substitute. They answer my phone as if we are in the same office together, and my clients tell me how nice and helpful my receptionist is!
