Poor business practice of charging for items not authorized
I made a purchase for 2 pairs of socks which was 38.00usd and after confirmation I saw they charged an additional 39.00usd for something I didn't authorise. I contacted immediately to their help line, sent numerous Emails, sent twice through their form and still no reply I received confirmation the order was being prepared, (but not sent) and again wrote to cancel. ORDER NBR 5548699877584 / TRACKING NUMBER SYIL007376306. BBB, HAS STEPPED IN AND IT SEEMS THE COMPANY WILL REFUND MY PURCHASE. BUT I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW Until I actually see my credit card has been adjusted.
