I’ve been using Airalo for a few years now, but I think the quality of the connection has gone down severely. It gets really slow and sometimes doesn’t work for several hours which is truly frustrating. I used to be a loyal customer but now the service is so bad that I will not continue to use it and will switch to another eSIM provider. In addition, the set up when you arrive to new country always requires Wi-Fi, which does not always happen since the airport connection is usually pretty terrible. I went several hours once without having Wi-Fi immediately, so it doesn’t work as soon as you arrive and your new destination and sometimes requires an agonizing setup process.
