I ordered a personalized blanket for Christmas, I paid for expedited shipping 2-5 business days, the package was shipped on the 9th of December and I have still not gotten it. I reached out to customer support via email and they keep saying that I will get it soon. The package is sitting in Indiana and has been since the 20th of December. They are horrible, please think twice before purchasing an item from them.
