The customer support is horrible
The customer support is horrible. When utilizing the right of withdrawal (EU law to cancel any purchase within 14 days and get full refund for unused items plus refund for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified before the purchase), they refuse the follow the law of refunding the return shipping costs. Not to mention that their website has the products always on sale. Which by the way is also illegal.
