Today I had the absolute pleasure of speaking and dealing with Kane. This was, by far, the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am blown away at how professional, patient, kind, helpful, respectful and friendly he was. This experience was at another level!!! He took care of my issue promptly and made me feel like he truly did care about fixing the issue. He made me feel valued as an individual rather than just feeling like another number. He took the time and addressed my issue promptly and made me feel that he genuinely cared about resolving it and showed genuine concern. Overall, this was an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience. I felt genuinely valued, listened to and supported throughout the entire process. The professionalism, care and willingness to help made a real difference and left me with a very positive impression. I am just getting back into playing the guitar and Kane has made the experience so much more enjoyable. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help have given me the confidence and encouragement to keep learning and improving.
