Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, phone tree just kicks a person around, site not working and their bot is infuriating garbage. Worse, the treadmill worked once and now only the incline raises and lowers without buttons being pushed, and all other buttons don't work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
