Great product and exceptional customer service
I recently purchased a Sleep Mask and an Onyx Sleep Watch from HiStrips. Although the Onyx wasn't quite right for me, the way my request was handled really impressed me. The customer service was incredibly kind, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Ryan, who was always available, responsive and genuinely committed to finding the best solution. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I absolutely love the Sleep Mask — it is comfortable, well made and has quickly become part of my bedtime routine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality sleep mask. Overall, a truly excellent experience with HiStrips. Highly recommended!
