I recently purchased the Diamo and the Gush. First the Diamo. If you happen to have a large scrotum you need to stretch the ring out. There is no way even with lube you can get both testicles and your penis through the ring. After working the ring in hot water it began to stretch. Once I got my penis and scrotum through it worked very well. The Gush was purchased to help treat local neuropathy on the tip of my penis due to chemotherapy. After just 2 sessions I am staring to regain some feeling on my tip. Great product.
