Nightmarish 1st hand 1st time user's encounter though it was early in the morning
Applied and got Drivelah App approved online in Jan 2022. Booked a car a Honda Vezel Hybrid during the CNY 2022 period. To my horror and shock, I followed the simple steps as told and on the spot that day, the Drivelah App's "pick up" button was not responsive though tried million times so to say. I called its Hotline early mrg that day eventually answered. But I was told by its personnel that my application was incomplete. Huh? What the Hell! Incomplete and yet got approved in Jan 2022. What nonsense! So was told to take many Selfies of self and the rented car and caused a loss of at least 1 hour that mrg cos the Drivelah App was not working in my favour. Eventually, the rep of Drivelah was happy and then she enabled the "lock" and "unlock" system in the Drivelah App for access. Hold and Behold, as not familiar with 2020 Honda Vezel Hybrid Auto powered marque, I contacted the owner. He simply told me to do Google search on how to power on and release the car brake. OMG! Though Drivelah is a good concept, but must be "lucky" enough to only rent a car that (1) one is familiar with otherwise, have to study Google if the owner is not keen to go down to the carpark to help (2) must have many GB as the Ding Dong with Drivelah App and the hussle, if you have low GB, Bye Bye as everything is App functioned (3) must ensure that approval of Drivelah online Application is not the same as approval for pick up and drop off OMG OMG. When I returned the car to the carpark the next day, its "drop off" function remained could not be activated. Drivelah knew the technical issues faced by me the day before, yet the next day, the technical issues remained. Why???
