Letting MAG deal with the BS for you
April Pamor and Mariflor Sumiller have been excellent support. I have used My Amazon Guy about a year ago and had a solid experience. Recently I had a list of tedious issues that I needed to get resolved, so I bought 10 support hours or problem solving hours. Because I have worked with My Amz Guy before, I was comfortable to spend $2,000 to get 11 hours of support (you get one free when you buy 10). I am really pleased with the list of issues that they have resolved for me, and hour efficient they have been at spending these 11 hours. I thought they *might* be able to get 4 UPC issues resolved plus update some broken detail pages, but April and Mariflor have been able to do that and more. Actually, I think I still have 2 hours left of support time to use. When I run out of that, I will buy another 10 hours (eleven hours?) of support. Sure, $200 per support hour is real money, but the value is there. There is no way I would have been able to navigate the bureaucracy and idiosyncrasies as effectively as them.
