I had a wonderful experience with YogaRenew and completed both the 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. The courses contain an incredible amount of valuable information, presented by knowledgeable and professional teachers. I especially appreciated the high-quality video lessons, recommended books, workbooks, and practical materials that I can continue using in my own practice and teaching. The programs are well structured, thorough, and easy to follow at your own pace. I learned so much and would highly recommend YogaRenew to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher or deepen their knowledge of yoga.
