Warning!!! A ruthless and dishonest company that will literally rob you. You'll be a victim between Agoda.com and the hotel. Agoda.com and the hotel will rob your payment for full booking if you refuse to check-in, because Agoda.com did not disclose before you make the "TOTAL" payment for a booking, that the hotel will only allow you to check-in after you pay ADDITIONAL hundreds of dollars at check-in, for additional fees called resort fees that were never disclosed by Agoda.com. If you refuse, they'll rob you of the total amount that you paid for the reservation, even if you did not check-in. The hotel puts the blame on Agoda.com and Agoda.com puts the blame on the hotel for not disclosing the additional fees to them. Who pays for it? Who becomes the victim? The innocent person who trusted that the reservation was PAID IN FULL TO AGODA.COM AS SHOWN ON THEIR RECEIPT. They're literally robbing innocent victims. And after they rob you, they refuse to take calls and chat about the issue.
