Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Takes my money for an item, days later tell me they never had it in stock and it was a computer error. Tried selling me a much cheaper completely different product without the offer of returning money and then kept delaying confirming a refund. Week and half later and they are suggesting they won’t refund the postage dept ire never honouring any sort of order. No offer to reaolve the issue or compensate for their failures and yet still not money returned.
