I ordered 2 items 4 months ago, asked for a refund 5 times,received 2 times a confirmation that the refund is processed, still havn’t seen any money.
Went on trustpilot for a review, got a new mail saying again that “the refund is processed haven’t received any money yet?” No I have not!!!!

Ordered two items total of €85,47 haven’t gotten an update on the items, tried getting my money back. Recieved a confirmation that i would get my money back, haven’t seen a dime since en that is almost two months ago and ordered it four months ago
