Absolutely the worst experience of any company to date. I've had scammers cause me less stress than this company. Luckily I bought through Amazon with Ecoflow being a reseller. Otherwise I'd have been seeing them in court. Their marketing is strong and paid influencers sing their praises, but the internet is littered with disappointed people who have been ripped off by this company. AVOID
