Professional and courteous service. Turns out IPhone had a hardware fault however PureTalk helped me set up my old phone as a back up while the new phone gets fixed under warranty. No loss in service, took about 30 minutes, no additional cost. For $30/month I’m saving a lot over ATT and get better service.
