Return process too slow - for not working in the end.
I did the measurements to ensure correct fit. When I received it, his head wouldn't fit the hole. I had even measured one that I currently had from same store to ensure same fit. Return took too long. When they didn't have the one I asked for as a replacement, I told them which I would take in its place. They answered back A WEEK later with ok, we'll ship it out. Really? A week to answer an email. I had told them my urgency in getting this harness, for a trip coming up. That didn't matter. It arrived too late. And once the head hole fit, now the waiste band was too big. Very dissapointing. And I have a small Frenchie compared to my other.
