Avoid this company!
I placed an order on 20th May for some swim wear. I have not received my package. Tracking information stops on 30th May with no further updates. I emailed the support team on 9th June asking when I will receive my order. They replied saying they would investigate and asked me to give them a week to complete their investigation. A week passed and I did not hear from them. I emailed again asking for an update and received a generic email from them- no update, no mention of when I will receive my parcel, no mention of refund. Just thanking me for my email. Avoid this company - feel like I have been scammed!
