This is my first time using Novelship and I haven't recieve my sneakers because of the seller didn't ship it to them.But when I sent an email asking for help，they reply very fast to solve my problems. I hope that I can get my sneakers from the new source asap and no delay by seller anymore. There’s three stars because of the seller problem. I will write a new one once I recieved my sneakers. tq
