I would not recommend Hop2
I would not recommend Hop2. I purchased an American Airlines ticket through them and later changed the itinerary. The reissued American Airlines ticket reflected a substantially lower value than the amount of my original ticket, leaving a difference of $1,287.60 that Hop2 did not refund. I contacted Hop2 repeatedly asking for a straightforward numerical accounting: the value of my original credit, the cost of the reissued ticket, any additional airline charges, and any amount retained by the agency. Instead of providing those numbers, they repeatedly gave me vague explanations about “consolidator fares” without ever producing the documentation or reconciliation I requested. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I simply wanted them to show me where $1,287.60 of my money went. They never did. Based on my experience, I would not book through Hop2 again. When thousands of dollars are involved, customers should be able to receive a clear, itemized explanation of their charges.
