Not bad though service can be improved.
The glasses are great though the fitting is slightly loose, but not a major issue as I can bring them over to a nearby optical shop for tightening. Staffs are attentive and quick in their responses but they are not flexible in terms of providing solutions to my simple request like asking for an invoice when products are already confirmed on purchase and just awaiting to be shipped. I understand they are just doing their job and adhering to the company's protocols and instructions but I feel something as simple as an invoice (when both products have been charged to my credit card) should be given UNLESS these items have yet to be charged to the card. Company should look into this if they want returning customers.
