They've clearly done away with their "support staff", you IM them, and all you hear are crickets. Signing up with a free account, I constantly get the error message "Something isn't exactly right with the provided information" "Something isn't exactly right with the provided information" - what does that even mean? The information provided is correct. We’re not even a customer of theirs and already I'm complaining about them. Not a very good start. They must have seriously pissed off their developer right before they walked out, as they've essentially prevented new customers from signing up. Pretty genius if you asked me.
