They just change their name
This is the 2nd time Ive run into this company. Their website is really good. Their work isnt. The first time they were called Canvus? or something like that. Now its Tailoredlogo. Billing is the same company I ran into before called LOGOOPTIMUS.com They talk a good game. But I ended up doing more of the work than they did. First it was the file I sent, wasn't a working file. It was going to cost more for them to convert it. So I converted and sent it to them. Then they said there was another issue, that was going to cost more and I heard someone in the background say "just say a small amount", thats when I realized it was the same company I delt with before. They have someone in the chat window very professional, and promise all sorts of things. Right off the bat the push packages and other products, Logos, Tshirts, banners and keep pushing. All I needed was 2 basic menu boards. Nothing fancy, I had the logo, the rest was just text. After 2 weeks I gave up. Run run fast this company is a joke. I asked for a refund, if they wont, my Amx will.
