Most recently, they developed the website carolinatapbore.com. As always, they were a pleasure to work with—highly professional and extremely helpful. Their ability to quickly transform raw information into a well-organized, polished website was remarkable. I cannot imagine partnering with any other company for website or logo development.

The folks I spoke with on the phone were great. I was unsure what I wanted from them and what it would cost me, at first. After about 15 minutes, we had a plan. Over the next couple months the website came together nicely. It was done in steps and I had a say in everything from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with my contact reaching out regularly with updates or questions. When I was asked to review the progress or to provide new info, it was incorporated within a day. The end product is really good and all those involved with my company say it is very professional and on point. I have to agree. All I asked for is there and it looks great!
This company and its team are phenomenal! They are professionals and patient at meeting the customer’s needs. Communication is great! When you call the phone number that is listed a human being answers the phone. If you don’t get them at that time, they reply in less than 2 to 3 hours. This is the 2nd time Ive run into this company. Their website is really good. Their work isnt. The first time they were called Canvus? or something like that. Now its Tailoredlogo. Billing is the same company I ran into before called LOGOOPTIMUS.com
They talk a good game. But I ended up doing more of the work than they did. First it was the file I sent, wasn't a working file. It was going to cost more for them to convert it. So I converted and sent it to them. Then they said there was another issue, that was going to cost more and I heard someone in the background say "just say a small amount", thats when I realized it was the same company I delt with before.
They have someone in the chat window very professional, and promise all sorts of things.
Right off the bat the push packages and other products, Logos, Tshirts, banners and keep pushing.
All I needed was 2 basic menu boards. Nothing fancy, I had the logo, the rest was just text. After 2 weeks I gave up.
Run run fast this company is a joke. I asked for a refund, if they wont, my Amx will.
Marco & his team did a great job with our website, even setting up our donation page links. They were very prompt and communicated constantly, worked with our budget to get us a great page, domain name & hosting services.

I had tailored logo do a logo & website. The logo process was flawless.
When it came time to the website, every thing was a disaster and it ended up taking over 6 months to get this website up. It was a constant upsell the entire time. When I originally purchased, I told them what I wanted and that package I purchased would work. Then when it came time to the website… the only way for me to get that was if I purchased a higher package. After complaining and then going back to whoever sold me, the did somewhat agree to do what I wanted. At one point, it was taking a week + for my revisions to be made or something being added.
Here we are a year later, and it came time to renew my domain. Tailored logo tried to charge me $200 for a year subscription for my domain… that was through godaddy. When I asked the tor release it, they told me I had pay the year subscription ($200) + a ($200) transfer fee so a total of $400. I went through previous emails and couldn’t find where they ever provided this pricing, clearly I would have just purchased the domain myself. They did transfer it to me. On go daddy I paid $22 for a year subscription with my domain… and tailored logo wanted $200 for the year subscription + 200 for a transfer fee?
I would never recommend them as far as a website. As I mentioned, the logo aspect was great all around as I actually used them twice for that (before the website experience). Here I am a year later and height website redone because I was unhappy from the beginning, and just settled to be done with them.
