Very disappointing experience. I was not pleased with the initial conversation with the sales representative and requested to cancel the service in writing via text. That request was ignored, and the logo process was started anyway. I decided to continue and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I provided very clear instructions and reference images showing exactly what I wanted. Despite this, they were unable to produce anything close to my request. The designs felt generic and appeared to be AI-generated rather than custom work. After several failed attempts, I hired a local designer who completed exactly what I wanted in 3 days. To this day, I have not received a refund and have received no proper follow-up, despite sending multiple messages, including messages to the manager, Dennis K. Based on poor communication, ignoring a cancellation request, lack of quality control, and no accountability afterward, I would not recommend this service Update Jan 12. 2026 : A $170 partial refund has now been issued. While I appreciate the refund, the process to reach a resolution took significant time and follow-ups. My cancellation request was not acknowledged at the start, and the designs did not meet the references provided. The situation was only addressed after escalation. I’m updating this review to reflect that the matter was partially resolved, but I still recommend clear communication and confirmation before starting any paid work
I contacted Tailored Logo for a "simple" logo for a company I just started in the beginning of November. I was just blown away - the creativity and quick turn around - exactly what I was looking for... Following the initial logo design, a hired them for some merchandise branding, website development and editing/formatting of a book that has been in the works for over three years. My contact at Tailored Logo, Dennis Kurtz has been nothing short of a miracle worker - coordinating all my projects through the different departments within Tailored Logo. The designs of my book cover literately brought tears to my eyes!! Really blown away... Finding a "partner" who can seamlessly manage everything from a "simple" logo to complex book formatting and website development is a significant milestone for a new business like mine and I feel like I will be launching into 2026 with a solid foundation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- SCAMMERS/ FAILED PROJECT/ REFUND REFUSAL. I hired Tailored Logo for both a custom logo and full website design. I gave them extremely clear direction, detailed references, style examples, and visual inspiration. The logo drafts I received were so generic and poorly executed that I ended up designing my own logo from scratch — and the final logo I created myself was significantly better than anything they delivered. Because the logo concepts were never acceptable, we never even progressed to the website portion of the project. We remained stuck in their initial design stage the entire time, and not due to my delay — but because their concepts never met the requested criteria or brand vision. The project never moved forward, never entered website design, and never produced even a foundational approved concept. Throughout the process, I repeatedly communicated that I was dissatisfied with their work and did not approve any initial design. They later attempted to blame me for “slow responses,” despite the fact that I answered every message, communicated consistently, and never once approved any concept that would push us into the next stage. Their own published policy states that a 100% refund is guaranteed if the customer does not approve initial concepts. I never approved anything, we never moved beyond stage one, and no deliverable met the criteria or direction I provided — yet they are refusing to honor their own policy and issue a refund. This company failed to deliver, failed to follow direction, failed to progress the project, and is now refusing accountability. I strongly recommend working with a more reputable company that respects its clients, understands creative direction, and stands by its written guarantees. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I enjoy working with Robert @ Tailored Logos. He has been nothing short of amazing from beginning to end of my building my website. Being a novice at website creation he educated me on the process steps to and completion. He worked with me every step of the way by being responsive and dependable. I needed a simple logo. They talked me into purchasing a premium package. IAlmost 6 weeks went by no correspondence from these crooks!! Till this day i still didnt receive a finalized logo in the necessary formats. I went looking for other graphic companies. I saw the same generic logo that they try to give me all over the internet with other business names added to it. I was promised something original!! My experience with Tailored Logo was an absolute nightmare. They split my project between different people, but none of the teams communicated. I had to repeat my business details and design needs over and over again, and they even misspelled my name — in multiple variations — repeatedly. The website designer missed our first call, showed up late to the make-up, and then repeatedly missed promised deadlines. Each time, I had to chase down “Alan” (the person who originally signed me up) just to get any response. After I provided additional information for my website, “Robert” (the website person) suddenly dropped my project without notice, saying he wasn’t going to help me anymore. I also made it clear from the start that I did not want an AI-generated logo. Alan assured me this would not be a problem, yet what I received was clearly AI-generated. When I even sent them a sample logo I created myself, all they did was change the colors and make tiny tweaks — nothing original or creative. The social media person assigned to me never delivered anything at all. Worst of all, they never understood my business concept or captured its essence. They are not creators — they’re scammers reselling AI and template work. The logos look like they came from Shutterstock, the websites look like PowerPoint slides, and the whole process was soulless and unprofessional. If you want your business to thrive, avoid this company at all costs. They wasted my time, ignored my requests, and failed me at every step. You’ve been warned.

Everything about my website is a 10/10, it's exactly how I want it to be. My only problem is communication about price. At first, I thought the first package they provided would cover the entire website, but then other services would be provided, which, in my opinion, seem very necessary for a website. If I thought the second package wasn't the last, I'd be right because the last one was the most expensive, which is the hosting. I really wish the total cost of a website had been communicated from the start. I highly recommend this company for a solid and creative website design. However, do your research beforehand to make sure you have enough from start to finish. The initial form they give you for your website makes it extremely difficult or impossible to describe what you want on a page of your website. Another little hiccup I had was when I ordered the company apparel. I wished that they had provided only 100% accurate pictures of the apparel because they emailed me an image of the polo with the logo on the front and back, and they did say that the shirt would be different in person, but why provide inaccurate pictures in the first place? I ordered 3 shirts in different sizes. The company did say they didn't have a medium, but I said I absolutely needed a medium, and they said they would source one for me, but they only shipped one size. However, the actual quality of the logo image and the apparel is exceptional, and I would recommend the hats because they are flexible when it comes to that. Moral of the experience, I give it a 3.5/5, and I will recommend this company.
